PayPal, for some reason, changed the way that the engraving message has to be entered on the form. It requires that you click a link to expand the box where the text goes. An unnecessary step, but hey...they are the 500 lb. gorilla a payment processing.

Below is what appears on the PayPal page when ordering a lasered bat. Simply click on the blue link that says
"Add special instructions to merchant" (it's below the item description on the left). Once you click that
link, a box will expand for you to input the text.
